
Greg is the president at Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc., a global leader in claims and risk management solutions to the insurance, corporate and government sectors. With over 29 years of leadership experience at Crawford, Greg has a proven track record of driving innovation, growth, and transformation across all lines of business and functional areas of the organization. He has held various roles spanning all areas of the organization including sales, marketing, information technology, human resources, compliance, project management and operations.
As the president, Greg oversees the strategic direction and financial performance of the Canadian business, while creating a workplace that attracts and develops the industry's top talent. He is passionate about delivering market-leading services that meet the evolving needs of customers and stakeholders, leveraging his expertise in new business development, key account management, and customer relationship management.
Greg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has earned an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada and a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation from the Global Risk Management Institute.
He is active in a number of insurance industry organizations including The Insurance Institute of Ontario where he currently serves as Senior Vice President on the Ontario Governing Council and is a member of the Stakeholder Advisory Committee of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA). Greg also serves as an independent director on the board of Cognition+, and InsurTech company that provides software solutions for the insurance industry.
